Muntpunt

Client: Muntpunt

Team: Craftzing, Ausy

Project: Website

Role: UI design

Muntpunt has always been one of my favorite libraries in the country. Back in my student days in Brussels, you’d often find me there, exploring books and (at the time) their impressive CD and DVD collection—a long time ago, I know. 😅 So, you can imagine my excitement when I was asked to help translate their new offline visual identity into a user-friendly, playful website!

The goal was to make the experience both functional and enjoyable, with careful attention to detail in the UI and the animations. Subtle cues and tailored visual styles guide each user to the sections most relevant to them—playful touches for younger visitors and a clean, intuitive flow for older users. The result is a website that feels accessible and engaging for everyone.

Designing this website was all about balancing inclusivity and age-appropriate appeal. With a target audience spanning from the young to the young-at-heart, I knew every detail had to work seamlessly for everyone while resonating uniquely with specific age groups where needed.
